HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview

This position is focused on service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. We are not hiring for an installation technician, although installation experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
• Accurately document work performed and complete service tickets.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Installation experience is a plus, but this role is primarily focused on service and repairs.
• Must be fluent in English
