Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Head

Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for energetic and polite Inside Sales Executives who can manage incoming calls, assist customers, and convert leads into paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries from customers and agents.
  • Explain Travel Deals+ plans, offers, and benefits clearly to potential subscribers.
  • Convert inquiries into paid memberships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams for booking or account-related queries.
  • Provide information about current promotions, new deals, and renewals.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality on every call.
  • Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) with registrations and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales / customer service / call handling (travel industry preferred).
  • Excellent spoken English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
  • Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn about travel products.
