Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Head
Employment Type: Full-time
We’re looking for energetic and polite Inside Sales Executives who can manage incoming calls, assist customers, and convert leads into paid subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries from customers and agents.
- Explain Travel Deals+ plans, offers, and benefits clearly to potential subscribers.
- Convert inquiries into paid memberships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams for booking or account-related queries.
- Provide information about current promotions, new deals, and renewals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality on every call.
- Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) with registrations and payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in sales / customer service / call handling (travel industry preferred).
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about travel products.
