Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Location: Mohali (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with experience in cold calling for the US market. The ideal candidate should be confident in outbound sales, fluent in English, and capable of generating and closing leads over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
- Pitch company services effectively over calls
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling / inside sales
- Experience in US sales or IT sales is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in US night shift
