DSI Southwest is a Dallas-based corporation and one of the leading manufacturer representatives in the country that has been serving the electrical industry since 1961.

We're currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Dallas office. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This successful candidate enjoys a collaborative team environment, providing excellent customer service, and has a “whatever-it-takes” attitude.

Standard office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. This position is not remote.

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle customer service related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Support marketing and assist with business development leads

Provide quotes to customers based on current market trends

Follow-up on pending shipments, quotes, and any customer inquiries

Process returns and resolve invoicing discrepancies for pending orders

Reconcile sales reports and monthly statements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the electrical sales industry

Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines

Effective time management skills and high attention to detail

Knowledge and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred
