Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and safety-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and detail-focused teammates.

You'll execute specific installation activities according to the design documentation and under the guidance of the Installation Supervisor. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (EHS, Quality Assurance, Project Management), ensure compliance with EHS procedures, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of tool calibration, understanding of drawings and Work Method Statements, and ensuring the availability and usage of the necessary materials, but also maintaining a high standard of installation quality.


The position is permanent

We’ll look to you for:

  • Executing Installation activities of harness and pre'assemblies in alignment with design documents

  • Adhering to EHS procedures and maintaining PPE as defined by EHS

  • Ensuring tools are calibrated and that collective protections are in place

  • Performing activities with quality, leaving no deviation from drawings and WMS

  • Reporting- the activity progress, risks, difficulties, or issues to the hierarchical superior

  • Applying the D&IS Installation and FO Process for installation activities

  • Defining the requirement of the harness production area in terms of equipment, size, budget.

  • Define the priorities on activities based on project planning requirement,

  • Support on cable scan deployment and setup.

  • Technical High-School Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Experience or understanding of on-site work practices

  • Knowledge of EHS on-site regulations

  • Familiarity with railway products and installation methods

  • A certification for the railway work sector is desirable

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and adhere to Work Method Statements

  • Proactive communication skills to report any potential issues

  • Lead the activity and repartition of task within the area.
