The Insurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Sigortasepeti ApS by managing insurance-related processes, coordinating between customers and insurance providers, and ensuring accurate, timely handling of policy documentation and service requests. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process insurance applications, policy updates, renewals, and cancellations
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, insurance partners, and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of insurance data in company systems
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding coverage, claims procedures, and policy details
  • Support claims documentation and follow-up processes with insurers
  • Monitor deadlines for renewals and compliance requirements
  • Assist in preparing reports on policy status, customer activity, and operational metrics
  • Maintain high standards of data protection and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to process improvements within the insurance operations workflow

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role
  • Understanding of insurance products and basic policy structures (life, health, or general insurance preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Danish or additional languages are an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or insurance management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
