We’re Hiring: Insurance Sales Executive
We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, relationship-building, and helping clients make informed financial decisions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard new clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage client relationships for renewals and cross-selling
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company procedures
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance/financial sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Strong customer focus and relationship management abilities
