We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professional.
As an Intern, Program Management you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experience team members. Be actively involved in planning, promotion, and execution of corporate activities

• Program Coordination: Manage the execution of training plans, schedules, and partner exchanges, ensuring timely progress and alignment between internal teams and Cloud partners.

• Communication & Storytelling: Create compelling updates through slides, posters, newsletters, and announcements to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

• Event Logistics: Oversee event organization, including invitations, registration, and platform updates, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

• Participant Support: Serve as the primary contact for participant queries, ensuring timely support and a welcoming experience for newcomers.

• Data Management & Insights: Track engagement and program success, providing visual reports and insights to leadership for data-driven decisions.

• Community Engagement: Foster connections across teams and create a vibrant internal communication space, ensuring information is accessible and engaging.

• Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (01.06.2025 - 31.12.2025)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field
• A growth mindset with curiosity, creativity, and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders and multiple projects with precision
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams); Power BI is a plus
• Bonus: A passion for Cloud and a desire to learn through hands-on experience.
