Job Role : Senior Delegate Relations

Function : International Sales

Location : Mumbai

Joining : Immediate – 15

Education : Graduation

Experience : 10 - 15 years

Working Days : Monday – Friday (Sat and Sun fixed off)

Shift timings : 12pm – 9pm / (EU Shift 3pm 12am)/ (US Shift 9pm – 6am)

Note: Candidates from the International BPO industry are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all enquiries professionally and always ensure excellent customer service.
  • Responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals and project

milestones.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Assigned tasks, monitored progress, and provided regular feedback to enhance team

productivity.

  • Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets.
  • Speak to previous clients and book them 6 – 8 months in advance.
  • Lead generation and to create a database per project.
  • Speak to speakers and get their referrals booked.
  • Work on LinkedIn to engage with the clients.
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for

retention and growth.

  • Provide strategic client advisory to help create profitable event and partnership processes.

Candidate Specification:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience within Delegate Sales/ International B2B Sales.
  • Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Problem-solving aptitude
