We are looking for an Experienced International Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling international customers and capable of delivering high-quality support through clear communication and technical competence.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Good computer knowledge and ability to work with online systems
  • Experience in handling international customers (email, chat, or calls)
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in customer or international support
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to international customer queries via email, chat, or calls
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain customer records and follow support processes
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
