We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to take responsibility for the IT operations and infrastructure across our multi-site retail and wholesale business.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running, development, security, and support of our IT function across 7 retail locations, and 3 wholesale warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take overall responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure across all sites.
- Manage networks, Wi-Fi, servers, PCs, laptops, printers, telecommunications, CCTV and other IT equipment.
- Ensure reliable connectivity between retail stores, warehouses, offices, and other locations.

- Take ownership of the company's ERP and retail/POS systems, working closely with external suppliers.
- Ensure ERP and POS systems are reliable and effectively support retail, wholesale, purchasing, stock control, finance, warehousing, and reporting.

- Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day IT support across all sites.

- Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, networking, ERP, and POS issues.

- Support business expansion, including the opening of new retail or wholesale locations.

- Lead and manage IT projects from initial requirements through to implementation.

- Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Manage external IT service providers.
- Build strong relationships with technology partners and suppliers.

Key Requirements :

- Proven experience in an IT Manager, Systems Manager, or similar role.
- Experience supporting a multi-site organisation.
- Strong understanding of ERP and POS systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft technologies

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving retail and wholesale environment.

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
