Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Timings: 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, technical requirement understanding, candidate coordination, vendor/client communication, and interview follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Use Boolean search and relevant technical keywords to identify candidates.
• Screen resumes according to the job description and client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and verify skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Negotiate salary/rates where applicable.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and clients and understand their expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and hiring managers to ensure timely submissions and interview feedback.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely status updates on submitted candidates.
