What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented US It Recruiter who can connect with candidates, understand their career goals, and effectively pitch our platform's value. If you have exceptional communication skills and a knack for closing deals, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with candidates across the US market, guiding them through our job platform and services.
• Pitch, negotiate, and upsell premium career services and platform features to prospective candidates.
• Understand candidate profiles in the Medical, IT, and Manufacturing sectors to offer the right solutions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed target-driven goals aligned with the company’s growth.

Requirements

• Excellent English Communication: Flawless verbal and written English skills are a must, as you will be dealing exclusively with US-based candidates.
• Negotiation & Upselling Skills: Proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and upsell effectively.
• Night Shift Flexibility: Since we are a US-based organisation, candidates must be completely comfortable working in fixed night shifts.
• Domain Familiarity (Plus Point): Basic understanding or quick learning ability regarding the IT, Medical, or Manufacturing job markets is highly preferred.
