Job description:
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to help our Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients fill their open IT positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Find IT and Engineering candidates using Ceipal, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and Ceipal's internal database.
- Check if candidates have the right skills based on client needs.
- Verify US work visas to ensure they are genuine.
- Use Microsoft Word to format resumes properly.
- Understand and analyze technical job descriptions.
- Review and select resumes that match job requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must have a background in Computer Science.
- At least 6months of experience.
- Understanding of modern technologies like Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, CAD, CAM, CAE.
- Strong communication skills.
Shift timing: 7:30PM to 4:30AM (US shift)
