The Role of IT Technician is to resolve technical support issues logged by end users and provide onsite and remote support for users.
Duties Include
Assist the IT manager as directed in the day to day operations of the IT dept
Troubleshooting, installing and configuring a variety of end user hardware.
Install, configure and support business specific applications.
MS365 administration and support.
Install, configure and support business specific applications.
Manage the companies WAN and VPN's to remote sites
Management and support of endpoint protection applications.
Occasionally you may have to travel to and work at our remote depots.
The successful candidate will possess:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Must have a third level IT qualification (at least 2year diploma level) and be prepared to undertake additional training if required.
Some post qualification experience is desirable but not essential.
Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge and techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €27,000.00-€63,119.39 per year
