- Monitor and control the workflow of vehicles in the workshop to ensure timely job completion.
- Coordinate between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team for smooth operations.
- Prepare, open, and track Job Cards as per standard workshop procedures.
- Allocate work to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Ensure availability of required spare parts and follow up on pending parts.
- Track vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and minimize delays.
- Update job status regularly in DMS/CRM systems.
- Verify labor and parts entries before job card closure.
- Ensure adherence to OEM and company processes.
- Support service targets related to productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
