Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support / Operations Executive who can independently handle customer and driver queries while managing daily operational and documentation tasks with accuracy. This role requires maturity, accountability, and strong follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and driver queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Resolve issues professionally and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documents (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Follow SOPs and compliance requirements strictly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in customer support or operations
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Not Suitable For
- Freshers
- Candidates requiring constant supervision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
