1. Administration & Office Operations Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning. Maintain office supplies, assets, equipment, and vendor management. Manage documentation, files, agreements, employee records, and compliance paperwork. Coordinate with HR, finance, and leadership teams for administrative requirements. Handle scheduling, calls, travel arrangements, and calendar management for executives. Maintain housekeeping, security, and basic facility management. --- 2. Customer Handling & Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for customers and clients. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Provide updates, follow-ups, and resolution with professionalism and positive communication. Ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely service delivery. Maintain customer databases, CRM entries, and client logs. --- 3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management Build long-term positive relationships with clients. Collect feedback, resolve issues, and escalate major concerns to management. Manage client appointments, meetings, and follow-ups. Improve customer satisfaction through timely response and communication. --- 4. Internal Coordination & Reporting Coordinate between management, operations, and creative/production teams. Prepare daily/weekly administrative and customer reports. Track service timelines, client deliveries, and pending tasks. Assist in event coordination, meetings, and team activities. --- 5. Communication & Support Draft emails, notices, communication letters, and basic documentation. Assist with company communication channels (WhatsApp, calls, email). Maintain professional communication standards across all customer interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Kochi M.G.Road, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
