From its full-service multi-studio facility, SJC Content works with leading brands and retailers to create content for every channel, including photography, video, social animation, interactive e-commerce content and digital signage. As a Junior Producer at SJC, you will play a vital role in our dynamic creative production team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the end-to-end production process. Production & Studio Workflow

• Support and demonstrate established production workflows within a high-volume photo studio
• Assist Producers in coordinating multiple projects across e-commerce, print, social, online video, and branded campaigns
• Assist Producers to review details of all upcoming and ongoing photoshoots to ensure crews are prepared with appropriate sets, props, wardrobe, and materials
• Order catering and prepare studio spaces for shoot days and client meetings as needed
• Scheduling & Coordination
• Work closely with Producers, Photographers, and Art Directors to schedule photography and video shoots
• Assist in building and maintaining detailed production schedules and master shot lists for ongoing productions

Pre-Production

• Assist with casting, crew coordination, and studio logistics
• Support product, sample, and SKU management for shoots to ensure accuracy
• Partner with the Prop Manager to ensure required set pieces and props are prepared and shoot-ready
• Organize seasonal wardrobe and accessory changeovers in alignment with campaign timelines

On-Set Support

• Provide hands-on support during shoot days to maintain production flow
• Manage wardrobe, samples, Model releases and props according to daily shot lists and schedules
• Support talent, crew, and creative teams while flagging issues with the studio and client teams
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work collaboratively within an integrated, multi-disciplinary team and independently when required
• Contribute ideas and solutions to production challenges
• Present and clearly articulate updates, solutions, and risks to team members
• Maintain organized production documentation and meeting notes

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in production, retail branded content, e-commerce, or photo/video studio environments (internship experience considered)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; familiarity with DAMs and production tools is a plus
• Flexibility to support shoot days, seasonal peaks, and changing schedules
