DC Elite Services is now accepting applications for the role of Junior Team Supervisor !
Starting Pay: €21/hour
Probation Period: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7/8 AM – 3/4 PM
Location: Dublin ( on site location )
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Duties (Approx. 70% of Role)
- Install and terminate Cat6/Cat6A, copper, and fiber optic cabling
- Assist with installation of network racks, cabinets, and patch panels
- Perform cable testing using tools like Fluke, OTDR, OLTS
- Ensure clean, labeled, and properly routed cabling
- Performing dicomisioning of cables , devices , and racks.
Supervision & Oversight (Approx. 30% of Role)
- Guide and support junior/senior technicians on the floor
- Coordinate daily tasks from the Site Supervisor
- Perform spot checks for quality and safety
- Help keep documentation (cable logs, patch sheets) up to date
- Act as point-of-contact when Supervisor is offsite
- Assist in tool/material tracking and inventory management
Requirements:
- Previous datacenter experience
- Safe pass and Manual Handling (preferable)
- Own transport (preferable)
- EU passport or Stamp 4
