Due to recent international acquisitions, our business has seen great growth and as a result we are now seeking a driven and engaging Key Account Manager to join our team. This is a crucial position that will see you genuinely partner and embed with our key airline partners.
Salary: Competitive salary plus Kiwi Saver plus annual bonus incentive and more
So, what’s the job?
This is a hands-on role that includes developing and executing strategy, portfolio management & analysis, reporting and presenting to clients and embedding yourself with your clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
- You’ll cultivate strong relationships through managing, supporting, and partnering with your clients
- You’ll develop, define, and deliver strategic direction and planning to achieve revenue projection and commercial development
- You’ll Identify commercial opportunities and translate into actionable strategy that produces sustainable, profitable growth
- You’ll translate complex portfolio and financial data into clear, easy-to-understand insights for clients
- You’ll develop and execute initiatives and enhancements that optimise the profitability and sustainability of partner relationships
- You’ll possess amazing personability and interpersonal skills that can be applied to stakeholders of all levels
- You’ll have proven experience in providing high-level, market-leading key account management (ideally within aviation, insurance or travel industries)
- You’ll have experience partnering with large national or international commercial organisations
- You’ll be able to demonstrate financial literacy and ability to maximise levers of financial performance
- You’ll have experience in presenting, training and negotiating with senior stakeholders
- You’ll have experience with technology terminology and optimisation (or demonstrated understanding) and have experience working and managing key projects
