Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including controlling stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective inventory control practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan menus, execute food based events, and maintain consistency in food quality.
- Manage tasks effectively, and monitor workflow to optimize productivity during busy service periods.
- Maintain detailed records of food production processes, inventory levels, and safety inspections to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, kitchen supervision within a fast-paced environment.
- Catering experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management, food handling procedures, and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Food Safe Certified

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
