Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Land Surveyor skilled in land and contour surveys for infrastructure and landscape projects. Must be proficient with DGPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD for preparing site plans, layout drawings, and contour maps.
Key Skills:
- Contour Mapping & Topography:
- Understand contour lines, slopes, and elevations
- Prepare topographic maps for drainage, flood zones, and site grading
- Landscape Features:
- Identify valleys, ridges, hills, and assess impact on site usability
- Infrastructure Layout:
- Knowledge of roads, canals, pipelines, drainage, and power lines
- Understand right-of-way and encroachment boundaries
- Land Classification:
- Differentiate land use: agricultural, commercial, forest, residential, etc.
- Legal Boundaries:
- Mark plots accurately and identify discrepancies or encroachments
- Building/Site Levels:
- Calculate formation and plinth levels for construction
Tools: DGPS, Total Station, AutoCAD
Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
