Overview
Language Advantage is expanding, and we're currently seeking French, English and Spanish instructors for online (and possibly on-site) positions in the Sydney, Melbourne and Perth areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality instruction to adult learners in an online environment
• Develop customized language program for learners based on their language assessment results
• Prepare comprehensive weekly lesson plans, monthly development plans and teaching materials tailored to the specific language and industry needs of the learners
• Provide ongoing feedback to the learner and adjust the lessons and methods to meet the learner’s needs
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports at the end of the program reflecting learners’ progress made against the objectives defined at the beginning of the program
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Certificate in education/languages or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Business English, French, Spanish to corporate clients (or as foreign language) to adults.
• Business experience in Australia and/or abroad is an asset.
