Duties

• Safely operate spray equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn treatment products.
• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns to identify pest issues, weed growth, or other landscape concerns requiring treatment.
• Follow detailed application procedures to ensure precise coverage while adhering to safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, locations serviced, and equipment used for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure while maintaining vehicle safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans, safety precautions, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience is a plus but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, farming techniques, or agriculture is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small farm equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation across multiple job sites.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
