Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service is essential.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and ensuring proper storage of all items.
• Handle catering events as required, ensuring that all beverage needs are met for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Train and mentor other bartenders
• Responsible for ensure proper set up and breakdown of bar each shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred; experience in a nightclub setting is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing tabs accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• A strong understanding of hospitality principles and catering services is desirable.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications related to alcohol service.
