About the Role

ClassMint is looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Interaction Agents to connect with prospective customers using pre-qualified leads provided by the company. Your responsibility is to explain our courses/services, address customer queries, and convert interested prospects into successful enrollments.

This is a performance-based earning opportunity with attractive incentives and flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact the leads provided by ClassMint via phone or WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ClassMint programs.
• Build trust and maintain professional communication.
• Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
• Maintain records of conversations and lead status.
• Coordinate with the team regarding customer queries and updates.
• Achieve maximum conversions from assigned leads.

Compensation

• ₹10,000 incentive for every successful deal closed.
• Earn up to ₹50,000 or more per month based on your performance.
• The more deals you close, the more you earn.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic smartphone or laptop with internet connection.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and confidence.
• Customer handling skills.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
