About the Role

VoxMatrix Global & IT Solutions is looking for confident, result-oriented and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our UK Lead Generation Project.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, telecalling, cold calling or lead generation, along with excellent communication and convincing skills. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with UK-based prospects and generating qualified business leads through effective conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential UK-based customers and business prospects.
• Generate qualified leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
• Identify customer requirements, understand their business needs and assess potential opportunities.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain professional conversations.
• Handle objections confidently and convert interested prospects into qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update calling outcomes in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Ensure quality standards and follow the assigned calling process.
• Maintain professional communication and strong call-handling etiquette.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing or international calling.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
• Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on performance.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in an international calling environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with UK, US or other international sales process experience will be preferred.
• Experience in B2B lead generation or cold calling will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a neutral or clear English accent and professional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
