About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Lead SEO Expert with proven experience in the adult digital product ecosystem. This is not just a technical SEO role — we’re looking for someone who can make bold, data-informed decisions that shape our overall growth strategy. You’ll own organic acquisition end-to-end and work as a key decision-maker in how SEO contributes to the business roadmap.

What You’ll Do

Lead SEO Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term SEO vision tailored to the unique dynamics and constraints of the adult digital industry.
Own Organic Growth KPIs: Set and drive aggressive growth targets for organic traffic, revenue, and user acquisition.
Make Strategic Decisions: Advise senior leadership on SEO’s role in product development, market expansion, and content investment.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor and forecast SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure our products maintain top visibility for high-value keywords. Proactively drive initiatives that increase search-driven traffic.
Data-Driven Execution: Use analytics, competitive intelligence, and experimentation to guide prioritization and budget allocation.
Integrate with Product Teams: Influence site architecture, mobile UX, and content workflows to ensure SEO is integrated across all development cycles.
Regulatory & Platform Navigation: Craft strategies that align with search engine policies and comply with adult content regulations.
Build and Lead a Team: Hire, mentor, and manage internal SEO specialists and/or external partners as needed.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, content, design, and legal teams to align SEO goals with broader business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

5–7+ years of SEO experience with adult content, age-gated platforms, or regulated digital industries
Demonstrated ability to make high-level SEO strategy decisions and own outcomes
Deep expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, link building, and international SEO
Experience working with subscription products, video platforms, live cam sites or user-generated content in the adult space
Fluency in SEO toolsets: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence presenting performance and forecasts to stakeholders
Comfortable navigating reputational and ethical considerations in adult entertainment
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points For

Experience with affiliate SEO in the adult niche
SEO experience in mobile-first or progressive web app environments
Background in CRO or onsite behavioral analytics
