The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you are here to deliver an outstanding rental experience for both landlords and tenants.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the full end-to-end leasing process This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You will be out meeting people, managing inspections, progressing applications, and helping tenants feel at home.

This is a fast-moving role and you will be busy. If you enjoy being on the go, staying organised, and seeing the results of your work, you will thrive here.

You will have the freedom to plan your week in a way that works for you whist meeting clients and business needs. The role runs Monday to Thursday plus Saturday, with keys returned to the office after opens.

A Day in the Life

Conduct opens and private inspections
Process applications and complete reference checks
Manage lease sign-ups for new tenants
Respond to tenant enquiries clearly and promptly

What We’re Looking For

A current real estate Certificate of Registration is required
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Availability to work Saturdays
Clear, confident communication and strong problem-solving skills
The ability to build trust with clients and team members
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
