Role: Legal Accounts Assistant

Firm: Commercial Law firm

Location: Dublin

I am recruiting, on behalf of our client, for a legal bookkeeper to join a busy team based in Dublin. The role would be ideal for someone with experience in a the legal sector but a background in finance/ accounts. This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in a busy legal environment. There's great career opportunities available for the right person.

The firm itself are a leading Irish commercial firm who specialise in a range of commercial legal services to a broad range of clients. A long standing firm with a high reputation within the legal market.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of purchase ledger
Maintenance of client ledger (law firm)
Bank reconciliation
Supplier and client payments
Assist in the month end process

Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience in accounts environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work under time pressure
Good technical/IT skills
Good organizational skills
