Candidates Must Live close to a major airports like Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit, Denver, St. Louis, Memphis, etc.
Lighting Auditor
80% travel - Monday through Thursday on the road going to various customer sites. Fly back Friday and fly out on Monday morning. They travel to all 50 states.
Independent role - we've had candidates that are extroverted who only stay for a few months.
Success - have graduated with a degree and haven't found what they want to do career-wise, they fit a better mold. Eventually we will try to bring them into the business.
Salary: 50K for base. Eligible for 2 bonuses - company bonus 5% and Audit has metrics driven bonus plan, paid out per quarter. If they hit metrics, they can earn up to $2500 per quarter.
Employees pay for travel themselves and we reimburse them. Make sure they have at least a $5K credit card limit, so they can have that upfront. They get airfare and hotel rewards that they get to keep.
Per diem everyday for food - $58 per day and the pocket it if they don't spend it all.
