Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and kitchen operations

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
• Experience with serving customers or working in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities are essential for success in this role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
