Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality meals efficiently while maintaining excellent food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences to our guests. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring proper presentation and quality
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders
Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
Experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests with professionalism and care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
