General Accountabilities

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible to assist in coordinating outbound shipments of finished goods to customers. This role ensures accurate shipping and customs documentation is produced, shipments are verified through dock audits and manages packaging material inventory

Key Responsibilities

Close work orders upon order completion and issue appropriate packaging materials in Visual ERP.

• Perform Dock Audits utilizing an audit checklist to ensure shipment meets the customer order requirements (colours, models), proper packaging standards and shipping accuracy.
• Ensure trucks are safely loaded by verifying pallet integrity, ensuring proper loading procedures and confirming trailer safety.
• Manage dock safety protocols by working closely with drivers
• Scan and attach shipment documentation to sales orders in the Visual ERP system.
• Maintain shipping status tracking spreadsheets and reports.
• Work closely with Packaging and Shipping teams to coordinate loading schedules and shipment preparation of outbound shipments to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Administration as required to ensure delivery plans are accurate and communicated to customers.
• Manage courier shipments including document creation and review / verify invoicing
• Coordinate promotional courier shipments with the Marketing team.

Inventory & Purchasing Support

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for packaging materials, including pallets and boxes.
• Create purchase orders for packaging materials based on lead times and reorder points.
• Update pricing and inventory information in the Visual ERP system as required.

Other

• Perform additional duties as assigned including back up of the Logistics Manager as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
