We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated staff member to join our team as a Lot Attendant! The primary function of the position is to be responsible for ensuring that the overall vehicle flow in the lot is as efficient and seamless as possible, including monitoring the car lot supply, movement and cleanliness, as well as fueling vehicles, moving vehicles around the lot for display changes and retrieving vehicles for sales and service customers.

A Day In The Life…
- Assisting Sales & Service Department with daily needs pertaining to lot management.
- Keeping new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Moving vehicles into wash stations or to designated areas on the lot as required.
- Greeting customers as they arrive; being their first point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
- Cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
- Inspecting vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer and report any damage immediately.
- Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.
What You Bring To CAG…
- Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Observing safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and material properly.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance with a commitment to consistently arriving at work on time.
What We Require From You…
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience in the automotive industry or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a Driver's Abstract.
- Record of Conduct.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
