Job Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for operating machinery to manufacture raw materials into usable parts and products. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the machine is operating at its optimal level. The position is a full-time position and requires someone to stand, bend, lift at times for at least 8 hours per day.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of output
- Manufacture goods as specified by orders produced by sales team
- Inspect finished products for defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to use machines safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $14.00 - 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 - 10 hour shift
- Monday - Friday
Work Location: In person
