RCH Facility Services is looking for a skilled maintenance/handyman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across residential properties
Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when needed
Ensure properties are kept in excellent condition

Requirements:

Experience in property maintenance, handyman services, or a related field
Knowledge of carpentry, painting and general repairs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A full driver’s license is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
