The Role

As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our production equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults quickly and effectively
• Minimising downtime and supporting continuous production
• Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams
• Maintaining maintenance records and spare parts inventory
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on, proactive individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Fitter, ideally within food manufacturing or a production environment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Experience maintaining production and packaging machinery
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts/weekends when required
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
