iFM is a Facility Maintenance company looking after the ONroute Services Centres on Highway 400 & 401. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks at the Barrie and Innisfil ONroute Service Centres. Your time will be split between the two sites. A vehicle and valid G driver's license are required for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion to both the inside and exterior of the building
- Perform routine preventive maintenance including generator checks, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs, pressure washing, line painting and crack sealing. This is not a complete list but provides some examples of the activities being performed.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Customer service skills important
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
