About EMILIAZ Jewellery

EMILIAZ is an Irish jewellery brand specialising in affordable luxury, waterproof jewellery, and timeless, sustainable designs. We are known for our strong customer connection, elegant branding, and high-quality pieces designed for everyday wear.

From January 2026, EMILIAZ will fully outsource the management of our Temple Bar Market stand, and we are looking for a confident, reliable, and customer-focused individual to represent our brand at one of Dublin’s most iconic markets.

The Role

As our Market Sales Assistant, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the EMILIAZ jewellery stand at Temple Bar Square. You will be the face of the brand during market hours, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and smooth sales operations.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys sales, jewellery, and working independently in a lively market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle the EMILIAZ market stand each day
• Welcome customers warmly and provide product advice with confidence
• Promote EMILIAZ jewellery, brand values, and craftsmanship
• Process sales accurately (card payments, cash if applicable)
• Maintain an organised, clean, and visually appealing stand
• Handle stock responsibly and report low inventory when needed
• Represent EMILIAZ professionally at all times
• Communicate weekly performance and feedback to management

What We’re Looking For

• Legally entitled to work in Ireland (mandatory)
• Previous experience in retail, sales, markets, or customer service
• Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner
• Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury products
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors
• Trustworthy and responsible with stock and payments
