Marketing Associate (Lead Generation – Organic)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Compensation
- ₹12,000 (In-hand)
- ₹1,000 incentive per valid lead / enrollment support
- Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000+ per month
Role Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Marketing Associates, focusing on organic lead generation. This role involves identifying and engaging potential students through various social media platforms.
No sales closing required
No direct conversion responsibility
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms
- Reach out to prospective students and build initial interest
- Share basic information about programs
- Collect and forward qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain daily lead tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Consistency and discipline in daily tasks
- No prior sales experience required
