As we scale globally, we need a Marketing Manager who can amplify our voice, deepen our digital presence, and position JAM Card as the go-to inclusion solution for businesses and communities worldwide.

About the Role:

This brand-new role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of JAM Card. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a bold, inclusive marketing strategy that drives digital growth, builds brand equity, and positions JAM Card as a global leader in inclusive communication. You will work closely with the JAM Card team and Head of Communications to:

Ø Expand our digital footprint

Ø Build strategic campaigns

Ø Create compelling content

Support commercial and social impact growth

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and content strategy to grow brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Manage, curate and oversee content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand voice, optimised engagement, and channel growth.

3. Coordinate and guide the production of video content, including interviews and testimonials, working with internal contributors and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.

4. Develop JAM Card for Business webinar event series to engage with customers and become expert voice

5. Leverage data analytics to monitor and evaluate marketing performance, including email campaigns via Hubspot and Wix, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Oversee the management and strategic use of video and photography assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign needs.

7. Write and refine compelling copy for diverse marketing channels, including blogs, press releases, and campaign materials, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

8. Plan, execute, and optimise monthly email marketing campaigns for JAM Card for Business customers, focusing on personalisation, engagement, and measurable results.

9. Track, analyse, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing clear insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.

10. Represent JAM Card at events and tradeshows, leading lead generation efforts and ensuring seamless follow-up communications with prospective clients.

11. Coordinate JAM Card Business launch events with external stakeholders, ensuring that brand awareness and engagement is optimised

12. Support the Head of Communications in budget planning and management, ensuring marketing activities are delivered within budget and align with procurement processes.

About The Role

Additional Information:

  • Successful candidates will undergo a Garda Vetting Bureau check.

Required Criteria

  • 1. 3+ years marketing / communications experience with a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques
  • 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
  • 4. Demonstratable experience in capturing photography & video content, including editing skills
  • 5. Confident using social media platforms and implementing effective strategies to grow engagement
  • 6. Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and make informed decisions
  • 7. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Wix, Canva, Adobe or similar

Desired Criteria

  • 1. Experience using Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaigns
  • 2. Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation
