Job Overview

We are a company renting small private offices starting from $350/month in the Tampa Bay area.

We are looking for help posting ads on **Facebook Marketplace** and communicating with potential clients. This is a **part-time, flexible opportunity** with performance-based income.

** Compensation:**

$5 for each posted ad (paid daily)
3–5 posts per day
$200 for each client who signs a lease

*Note: If a post is removed, it will be adjusted in the next payment.*

**What to Expect:**

On average, you can schedule around **5 tours per week**
Typically, **1 out of 3 clients** who tour signs a lease

Responsibilities

Post ads on Facebook Marketplace using your own account
Respond to incoming messages
Guide clients using provided scripts
Schedule tours at our Tampa Bay locations

Our team handles the tours — your job is to bring qualified clients.

Qualifications

Must be located in Tampa Bay Area (Florida)
Facebook account must be active, established, and in good standing
Must have Marketplace access
No new accounts
Strong, polite communication skills
Willing to learn scripts
Must pass a short onboarding test
