We are looking for another ingredient to add to our mix! Working closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will help to bring our DTC brands (Macros and Soulara) to life across digital channels. The role supports a broad range of activity across social media, influencer partnerships and CRM. The role is also key in building EDM and SMS campaigns to drive retention, support content creator programs and drive growth by coordinating media and brand partnerships.

Some duties this role will cover include:

• Develop and execute organic social strategies aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals
• Manage content calendars and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Manage our influencer and creator programs including sourcing and onboarding ambassadors aligned with our values and supporting creators in their delivery of content
• Identify and source new opportunities to create Meta partnership ads
• Support the Senior CRM Manager in building and testing EDM and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
• Help maintain campaign calendars and coordinate email/SMS sends across Macros and Soulara
• Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking (e.g. open rates, clicks, conversions, referrals)
• Coordinate product sampling for content shoots, creators, and partners
• Assist with go-to-market execution and cross-channel brand activations

What We Are Looking For….

As the demands at v2food change often in this dynamic environment, we’re looking for someone that first and foremost is highly adaptable and brings a tremendous amount of energy to the team.

Some specifics that we’d also like for you to bring to this opportunity include:

• 1 – 4 years working in-house or within an agency in social media and marketing
• Previous experience with FMCG or eCommerce brands is preferred
• Proven experience creating content and managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
• Track-record of building a social media community
• Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and agency teams to ensure effective campaign integration
• Manage reporting to assess effectiveness against business and marketing goals
