Marketing Manager – Remote (Toronto, ON)

We are a small, passionate, and fast-growing startup dedicated to sharing authentic Japanese tea culture and mindfulness through modern branding and collaboration.

*Position Overview*
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, flexible, and collaborative, with excellent business English and strong communication skills for both internal and external coordination.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, retail, and partner channels
• Manage campaigns, analyze data, and apply insights to optimize results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
• Support growth through creative and strategic marketing projects

*Requirements*

• 3 to 5 years of professional marketing experience
• Fluent in business English; Japanese preferred
• Valid visa (3+ years), PR, or Canadian citizen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, adaptable to change, and a strong team player
• Data-driven and organized with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, creativity, and growth mindset
• Remote position (Toronto-based preferred)
