Job Title: Part-Time Marketing Manager
Location: Newcastle, Dublin
Hours: Part-time, 5 mornings per week, 4 hours per day (flexible hours)

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for building brands and driving growth? We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead all marketing efforts across our three salon locations in Dublin, Kildare, and Gorey, Wexford.

About Us:

We operate a successful chain of salons with a growing reputation for quality and innovation. Our Head Office is based in Newcastle, Dublin, and this role will be based on-site, with some future flexibility possible.

Role Overview:

As our Marketing Manager, you will own the full spectrum of marketing activities, both digital and physical. Your primary goal will be to build our brand and continuously attract new customers. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital advertising, social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), and email marketing
• Manage branding initiatives such as logo design, product branding, and promotional materials
• Oversee website design, content updates, and SEO to maximize online visibility and engagement
• Plan and coordinate events and launch parties to create buzz and foster community engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, local press, and marketing partners
• Monitor marketing performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and implement innovative marketing channels and strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing roles, ideally in retail, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and branding
• Experience with website management, SEO best practices, and email marketing platforms
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
• Strong network or experience working with influencers and media outlets a plus
