Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This key role will focus on building partnerships, coordinating community outreach, and developing referral sources to drive occupancy and enhance our visibility in the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and referral partners
• Plan and execute community events, presentations, and tours to promote our services
• Implement targeted marketing strategies to increase community engagement and occupancy
• Maintain an organized lead database and track outreach activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve monthly and quarterly marketing goals
• Represent The Residents at Oak Grove with professionalism and compassion at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in senior living marketing, healthcare sales, or community relations (preferred)
• Proven track record in relationship-building and outreach success
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented personality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
