We’re now looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to grow our social media presence and drive online leads that convert into sales.

Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
• Take high-quality, eye-catching photos of our vehicles for online promotion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in social media marketing or automotive sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A good eye for photography and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram business tools.
• Self-motivated and organized — able to manage your own schedule and tasks.
• Post vehicles daily to Facebook Marketplace and Instagram with engaging captions and accurate details.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through social media platforms.
• Set up and manage sponsored Facebook and Instagram ads to generate leads.
• Work closely with the sales team to track leads and sales that come from social media efforts.
• Keep our online presence active, up to date, and aligned with our dealership's brand and promotions.

Compensation:

• $20 per hour
• $300 bonus for each vehicle sold as a result of your social media efforts
• Potential for growth within the company
