Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing objectives, policies, and programs to support business growth and achieve student enrolment targets.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to promote courses and the institution's brand.
- Content Creation:Assist in the production of written, visual, and digital content (e.g., website copy, social media posts, videos) for promotional activities.
- Digital Marketing: Maintain and update the institution's website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance, and leverage digital innovations to improve marketing approaches.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, such as commercial and education departments, and external partners (schools, universities) to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the institution at industry events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking:Monitor the results of marketing campaigns, collect data on competitor activities and market trends, and provide insights to guide future actions and optimise campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing or business development
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse team
- Experience in the education sector is highly desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
