Job Description:

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Helping Hands Physiotherapy, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs. We are looking for an RMT who is passionate about their work, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough assessments of clients' soft tissue and musculoskeletal conditions.

● Develop and implement customized massage therapy treatment plans.

● Provide therapeutic massages to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

● Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate home care.

● Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

● Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

● Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Qualifications:

● Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a current license in Ontario.

● Professional liability insurance.

● Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.

● Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

● A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
